Call Center Agent (Remote)

**Roomvu is looking for an Outbound Sales Agent who will take a key role on our team. You’ll be working alongside support team members, collaborating on various hiring roles.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Promote Roomvu video marketing solutions to real estate agents via outbound calls, inbound calls and referrals.**
- **Offers excellence in post-sales support for Roomvu products and services.**
- **Provide exceptional customer care to our client's customers.**
- **Understand customer requirements and recommend/sell solutions that meet those needs.**
- **Ensure excellent customer service by communicating with the internal team, and/or appropriately transfer to the responsible department when required.**
**Schedule: Our call center operates 5 days a week. Shifts are scheduled based on a set rotation and posted 5 weeks in advance. Full-time availability is required.**
