Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from patients, members, and healthcare providers.
- Assist with inquiries about coverage, claims, billing, and enrollment.
- Provide clear and empathetic support while ensuring accurate information is delivered.
- Update customer records and document all interactions in the system.
- Follow HIPAA and company data privacy standards at all times.
- Achieve performance goals such as quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with team leads for escalations and process updates.
We welcome applicants with:
- No BPO experience up to 3 months BPO experience
- High School Grad (Old Curriculum), ALS Passer, College Undergrad, or College Graduate
- Willing to work onsite
- Comfortable with a shifting schedule
