Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from patients, members, and healthcare providers.
  • Assist with inquiries about coverage, claims, billing, and enrollment.
  • Provide clear and empathetic support while ensuring accurate information is delivered.
  • Update customer records and document all interactions in the system.
  • Follow HIPAA and company data privacy standards at all times.
  • Achieve performance goals such as quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with team leads for escalations and process updates.

We welcome applicants with:

  • No BPO experience up to 3 months BPO experience
  • High School Grad (Old Curriculum), ALS Passer, College Undergrad, or College Graduate
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Comfortable with a shifting schedule
