Our team is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch service to our guests.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to answer guest calls, process requests, and respond to concerns with professionalism and empathy.


We are looking for someone who can think critically and resolve complex issues in a timely manner. The selected individual will also be responsible for monitoring busy or unanswered lines, checking back with callers on hold to update status, and offering assistance as needed.
