Join a fast-growing company in Construction Training & Certification. We are hiring energetic Sales Professionals with international BPO experience to join our Noida-based KPO Center.
Location: Noida (On-site)
Shift: UK Shift | Full-time
Perks: Fixed Salary + Incentives + Meal + Transport*
Joining: Immediate or within 2 weeks
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of International BPO (Sales) experience Or Good command on English
Excellent spoken English
Proficient in handling International customers
Must be based in Delhi NCR (Within 10 KM Radius From Noida) as this is On-site job.
Able to pass the Versant English Assessment
Required Qualifications:
Graduate or Pursuing Graduation with strong communication skills
Computer literate – MS Office, Email writing
Familiarity with CRM tools and call center operations
Candidate should be Strong listener, Feedback Implementer, Multitasker, and Problem-solver
Should be Customer-focused with Sales approach
Must Traits:
Punctual, Disciplined, and Dependable
Attentive and good at gathering customer information and then advise
Acts as a trusted advisor to the customer
Go-getter attitude and takes the extra mile
Able to perform under pressure
Strong in meeting targets or exceed targets
A team player with a learning mindset
