Job Description
We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join as Tech support agent.
- Engage with customers who reach out to resolve any questions with their contracted McAfee antivirus service. Providing the best customer satisfaction and support with any technical situation in the service.
What we offer:
2 DAYS OFF WEEKLY
$15,000 mxn base salary
$1,069 mxn food voucher
Performance Bonus (% Based on KPI) UP TO $2000 MXN
Schedule range options: 11:00AM to 11:00PM (your work schedule would be assigned inbetween this time range, 8 hours shift + 1 hour of lunch, being 9 hours total)
LAW BENEFITS: (IMSS, Infonavit, Vacation, etc)
Minor Medical Insurance
Paid Training 100%
$220 mxn GYM Bonus
$200 USD Referral Bonus
$100 USD Hiring Bonus
Nutritional and Psychologist Free-OnSite appointments
