Responsibilities
CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
Open to college graduates without BPO experience.
Open to college undergraduates and graduates At least 6 months of BPO experience.
Background in handling retail account for cosmetics is an advantage
Strong communication skills.
Willing to work full-time onsite in Boni, Mandaluyong City
Amenable to shifting schedules and holiday work.
