Carolinas Staffing is looking for Night Shift Customer Service Representatives in Myrtle Beach, SC!

 

Customer Service – Call Center - Night Shift | Myrtle Beach, SC


We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a busy call center in Myrtle Beach! You’ll be helping customers over the phone to make reservations—no cold calling, no sales, no drug test or background check required.


✨ What We're Looking For:




  • Friendly, enthusiastic individuals




  • Inbound or Outbound CSRS



  • Clear, professional phone communication




  • Reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced setting




  • Ability to type 18 WPM for Inbound Reps 



✨Available Shifts INBOUND:



  • Night Shift: Mon–Fri | 3:30PM–11PM | $19/hr +  Weekly Bonuses







✨Available Shifts OUTBOUND:



  • Night Shift: Mon–Fri | 3:30PM–11PM | $19/hr +  Weekly Bonuses

✨Training Schedule:

 

Inbound Nightshift Training:


  • Week 1:

    • Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    • Tuesday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM



  • Week 2:

    • Monday through Friday: 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM



  • Week 3:

    • You’ll switch to your regular night shift hours




Outbound Nightshift Training:


  • Monday & Tuesday (first two days):

    • 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM



  • Wednesday (third day):

    • You’ll switch to your regular night shift hours​
