Responsibilities include:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions
  • Process orders, payments, and refunds
  • Assist with product and service support
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the system
  • Communicate clearly and follow company guidelines
  • Coordinate with other teams for issue resolution
  • Meet performance and quality metrics
  • Gather and relay customer feedback
