Tasks and Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative (Telco Account)
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international telecom customers professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with mobile, internet, cable, and data service inquiries
- Resolve concerns related to billing, payments, plan changes, upgrades, cancellations, and service issues
- Perform basic troubleshooting for connectivity, device, and network-related concerns
- Clearly explain products, plans, promotions, and policies to customers
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system
- Upsell or cross-sell telecom products and services when applicable
- Escalate complex technical or account issues to the appropriate support team
