Tasks and Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative (Telco Account)

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international telecom customers professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with mobile, internet, cable, and data service inquiries
  • Resolve concerns related to billing, payments, plan changes, upgrades, cancellations, and service issues
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for connectivity, device, and network-related concerns
  • Clearly explain products, plans, promotions, and policies to customers
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system
  • Upsell or cross-sell telecom products and services when applicable
  • Escalate complex technical or account issues to the appropriate support team
