TEKsystems is looking to hire several Call Center Customer Service Representatives for a Healthcare System located in Plymouth, MI!

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Hours: must be available to work between Monday-Sunday 5a-10pm (your shift will be scheduled during this timeframe – this role is full-time and 40 hours! OT is available and at times mandatory!)

  • Training hours: M-F 8a-5p the first 4 weeks! Then, shift bidding begins.

    • Start date: 03/09/2026 – 6 month contract-to-hire with possible extension to 8-9 months
