As a Customer Service Associate for our Wireless & Broadband Services account in Davao, and you'll be updating payment information, resolving billing inquiries and disputes, and addressing technical issues related to login or devices. You will also assist customers with account management, including suspending or reconnecting services, as well as upgrading or downgrading their products. Additionally, you’ll handle inquiries about expired promotions and current offers.
