Call Center Customer Service Representative

We are seeking energetic and self-motivated telesales specialists who will go the extra mile to delight our existing and new customers. The role involves outbound calls as well as handling inbound inquiries on motor insurance products. Strong consulting and negotiation skills are required to succeed in selling policies and delivering compelling service from the initial contact through to policy issuance. You will prepare and present motor quotations, email and follow up, and confidently service and speak with each prospect.

We are looking for career‑oriented individuals with drive and an interest in sales and consulting who will thrive in our environment and progress in the organization, taking on more responsibilities. This is an inbound and outbound telesales role, and prior relevant telesales experience is needed.
