Overview
Provide excellent customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in resolving their inquiries, concerns, and issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer accounts and records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate (completed at least 2 years) of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Associate course graduate
- Can easily navigate computers
- Proficient in both English and Filipino, both oral and written communication
- Has a passion to help customers with their queries and complaints
- With good phone handling and active listening skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
