Overview

Provide excellent customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in resolving their inquiries, concerns, and issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer accounts and records
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Graduate or undergraduate (completed at least 2 years) of any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Associate course graduate
  • Can easily navigate computers
  • Proficient in both English and Filipino, both oral and written communication
  • Has a passion to help customers with their queries and complaints
  • With good phone handling and active listening skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
