Call Center Representative

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to provide customer service by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

Handling about 50 incoming calls per day or placing about 120 outbound calls per day

Active listening

Verbal and written communication

Professional phone voice and persona

Basic computer proficiency

Skilled typing

Adaptability

Understanding of phone etiquette

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least one-year related experience required

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Remote; report to Fort Washington, PA office once per quarter for training.

The base pay range for this role is $ - $ Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
