About the job Call Center Trainer - Cebu (midshift)

TASQ is looking to hire a Call Center Trainer for an immediate on-site position.

The initial screening interview will be conducted over the phone.

Position: Call Center Trainer (Cebu)

Work Arrangement: On-site in Cebu Business Park

Schedule: 1 PM - 10 PM, Monday to Friday (fixed schedule)

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Call Center Trainer in any area, such as product‑specific or language training
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Upon regularization:
    • 10 Vacation Leaves (VL), 10 Sick Leaves (SL), and 5 Emergency Leaves (EL)
    • HMO health insurance available starting from the 4th month, covering the employee and one dependent
