• Provide excellent customer support across various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat platforms.

• Understand customer enquiries and concerns by reviewing relevant information and delivering clear, effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.

• Strive to resolve cases at the first point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and external service partners when required to ensure timely resolution in accordance with service standards.

• Share constructive suggestions on systems, processes, tools, and guidelines to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
