We are currently looking to recruit an additional team member for our Bookings Team, based at our FordStore Head Office in Norwich.

The key elements of the role are:
- Carrying out post-visit calls, ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with the service we have provided and dealing with any concerns raised
- Handling inbound booking calls from our customers
- Making outbound calls, advising customers of servicing, MOT and other work due on their vehicles
- Actioning website, live chat, email and manufacturer leads enquiries
