Call Centre

Locations: Short-Term (Bugis / Jurong / Bedok / Changi), Long-Term (Changi / Ubi / Labrador)

Salaries: Short-Term ($12 per hour or $2600), Long-Term ($2600-$4000 + completion bonuses)

Durations: 3 months - 1 year

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, office hours (except for Labrador)

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls
• Provide follow-up / escalate to Management when necessary

Requirements

• Min GCE 'N' Level
• Prior call centre / customer service experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to attend initial training (paid)
