About the Role:
Become the friendly voice at the end of the line, ready to assist guests during their road trips. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guest Assistance : Provide support and collaborate with other departments to address vehicle-related issues.
- Negotiation : Skillfully negotiate to ensure the best possible guest experience while meeting business requirements.
- Incident Tracking : Keep track of incidents and ensure guests are well-informed about solutions and repair progress.
- Repair Coordination : Minimise vehicle repair time and ensure repairs adhere to standard practices.
- Working shifts across 7 days between 6am and 8pm.
