• Guest Assistance : Provide support and collaborate with other departments to address vehicle-related issues.
• Negotiation : Skillfully negotiate to ensure the best possible guest experience while meeting business requirements.
• Incident Tracking : Keep track of incidents and ensure guests are well-informed about solutions and repair progress.
• Repair Coordination : Minimise vehicle repair time and ensure repairs adhere to standard practices.
• Working shifts across 7 days between 6am and 8pm.
