Call Centre Officer

Location: Alexandra

Salary: Up to $4K + 2 months completion bonus

Duration: 1-year renewable contract

Working Hours: 5 days a week between Mon-Sun / 8.5-hour shift between 7am-10pm

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone call enquiries from members of the public regarding cards, loans, mortgages or fraud
• Paid training will be provided for 1.5 months

Requirements

• Min GCE 'N' Level
• Must have prior customer service / call centre experience
• Well-spoken and able to commit to a call centre environment
