Responsibilities

• Ability to answer customers' call and respond promptly to customers enquiries with care and excellent
• Ability to solve customers' problems and complaints and interaction with customers and management.
• To complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner and to be part of the team to achieve KPI targets.
• To have a positive attitude, pleasant personality, clear happy voice and a heart to serve customers and company well.

• . Able to work 2 shifts. 730am to 3.30pm and 11.30am to 7pm.
