Job Scope :

  • To manage feedback received on alleged TCASA offences via specific hotlines and email addresses.
  • Shall respond to the feedback and assign enforcement teams for follow up.
  • On social media platforms and keywords provided by the Authority.
  • Compile reports for review when peddlers have been identified for follow up.
  • Able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers.

2 Days Work , 2 Days off basis ( 10AM to 10PM / 10PM to 10AM - Rotating Shift )

Working Location : Jalan Bahar (Near NTU)
