Our client, Singapore's leading automobile MNC is looking for empathetic and organized Call Centre Operators to assist in their new vehicle launch roadshows

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with enquiries from civilians before and during roadshows.
• Maintain safety and immobilize emergency team during times of accident
• Document and report on incidents when needed

Advantageous but not required:

• Experience in Call Centre, Command Centre, or Emergency Response
• Experience in Security, Transport, or Safety industry
• Empathetic and strong interpersonal skills
