Job Scope :

* To manage feedback received on alleged TCASA offences via specific hotlines and email addresses

* Shall respond to the feedback and assign enforcement teams for follow up

* On social media platforms and keywords provided by the Authority

* Compile reports for review when peddlers have been identified for follow up

* Performance Incentive of $100 every month
