Call Centre Outbound Appointment Setter

Since 2011, we’ve grown across SA and WA , with VIC expansion planned for 2026 — and we’re just getting started. Our WA office is located on Havelock Street, West Perth — close to great coffee, food, and CAT public transport.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people and thrives on achieving results. Your day will include:

• Making outbound calls to connect with everyday Aussies
• Booking appointments for our experienced in-home consultants
• Clearly explaining who we are and how we help
• Building rapport and ensuring every conversation leaves a positive impression
• Learning and mastering our call centre scripts and systems

Weekly roster (6 days a week):

• Monday to Thursday 3:00pm till 8:00pm
• Friday 9:30am till 2:30pm
• Saturday 9:30 am till 2:30pm
• No Sundays
