We are looking for a skilled Quality Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and enhance customer interactions for our E‑Commerce LOB. If you’re detail‑oriented, analytical, and great with people — this could be your next big move!
Key Responsibilities
Monitor advisor calls & provide timely feedback
Ensure agents meet quality benchmarks
Daily/Weekly/Monthly QA reporting
Support audits: BAU, BI audits, compliance
Drive team performance & escalate issues when required
Maintain client standards & service levels

Graduate in any stream
2+ years in Customer Service
1+ year as QA (Inbound process)
