About the Role We are seeking a motivated Contact Centre Representative to join the Customer Care Team of a leading manufacturing organisation. This is an office-based role, supporting our customers and dealers with inbound queries and delivering exceptional service. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing product information, logging and escalating concerns, and allocating service jobs.
