Call Centre Specialist

We’re looking for a Call Centre Specialist to join our team in Marbella.

This role is key to our sales process — you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, responsible for qualifying prospects and supporting our agents by keeping information well‑organised in our CRM.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential buyers and renters
• Conduct initial lead qualification by phone (needs, budget, location, timing, motivation)
• Accurately log and update lead information in the CRM
• Assign qualified leads to the relevant real estate agents
• Upload and manage property listings on the company website (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish and English (both are essential)
• Russian is a strong advantage and a priority, but not mandatory
