Contract Duration: 6 months, renewable
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am to 6:00pm
• Lead a team of 8-10 Call Centre Officers to achieve results
• Set daily targets and goals to meet the desired deadline Communicate effectively with teammates and ensure everyone has a common goal to achieve team results
• Handle any complaints referred
• Verify data and amend query checks to ensure quality of data
• Conduct training for teammates to ensure effective execution
