Contract until end of January | VPS2 Level

We’re partnering with a major Victorian Government initiative to recruit multiple Customer Experience Officers to support high-volume inbound enquiries relating to Solar Victoria rebates . These positions require candidates who can confidently step into a busy contact centre environment and deliver exceptional service from day one.

This will be a quick turnaround recruitment process due to the firm start date of Tuesday 9th . We may begin contacting shortlisted candidates this afternoon for interviews, with final interviews occurring Monday morning at the latest .
