  • Full time shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 4 on 4 off 
  • Part time shifts: 7am - 12:00Noon
  • Hourly rate: £12.50 per hour 
  • Location: McCarthy House, Ringwood, BH24 3FA

    What you’ll be doing as a Call Operator

    Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls. Sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice.

  • Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform
  • Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents

    What we are looking for

  • Customer service experience whether that be from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector
  • Excellent communication skills. Someone who is motivated, reliable, resilient, flexible...
