About The Role

This is a regional position supporting procurement-related enquiries and acting as a key escalation point for internal and external stakeholders. This role is essential to maintaining service continuity and timely resolution of procurement escalations across the cluster.

Working arrangement

  • Initially 5 days on-site during training
  • Transition to hybrid: 2 days in the office once fully trained

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service aligned with NSW Public Sector and organisational values
  • Resolve first-contact enquiries from internal customers, vendors, and the public in a fast-paced shared services environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using shared services knowledge articles
