Key Responsibilities:

• Audit counselling calls and chats; maintain QA scorecards
• Provide structured feedback, coaching, and manage call disputes
• Conduct new joiner training and refresher training programs
• Train counsellors on courses, admissions processes, soft skills, and conversion techniques
• Analyze QA data and share performance and quality reports
• Support operations during peak admission periods
