Job Summary:
Call Support - Roadside Assistance help customers solve various roadside problems, which could considerably impact their personal or professional lives. Every customer that calls needs our assistance immediately. They may be in a dangerous situation, experience bad weather, or about to miss an important appointment. This position is primarily responsible for contacting roadside assistance service providers and securing white glove service for luxury brand customers.
The Call Support - Roadside Assistance works with a sense of urgency and professionalism to ensure that a roadside service provider is dispatched effectively and efficiently, avoiding any unnecessary delays in rescuing the customer and meeting the expectations that come with luxury automotive brands.
