Job Summary

We are hiring a Calling Executive to support our eCommerce operations by handling customer calls related to order confirmation, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order processing and reducing cancellations and RTOs.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Calling
  • Make outbound calls for recovering abandoned cart orders, order confirmation, address verification, and delivery coordination.
  • Handle inbound customer calls related to order status, delivery timelines, and basic support queries.
  • Follow up with customers for pending confirmations or unresolved issues.
Order & CRM Updates
  • Accurately update call outcomes, remarks, and customer details in CRM or internal systems.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.


Customer Experience & Quality
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly tone on all calls.
  • Clearly communicate company policies related to orders, shipping, and returns.
  • Work towards improving customer satisfaction and minimizing order cancellations.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired Qualifications
  • Minimum 12th pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort with calling tools or CRM systems.
  • Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in eCommerce or D2C calling (order confirmation / delivery calls).
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Comfortable working from the office at NSP and coordinating with internal teams.
Work Environment
  • Office-based role at Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi.
  • Fast-paced eCommerce setup requiring adaptability and a customer-first mindset.
