Job Summary We are hiring a Calling Executive to support our e Commerce operations by handling customer calls related to order confirmation, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order processing and reducing cancellations and RTOs.
Key Responsibilities Customer Calling Make outbound calls for recovering abandoned cart orders, order confirmation, address verification, and delivery coordination.
Handle inbound customer calls related to order status, delivery timelines, and basic support queries.
Follow up with customers for pending confirmations or unresolved issues.
Order & CRM Updates Accurately update call outcomes, remarks, and customer details in CRM or internal systems.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
Customer Experience & Quality Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly tone on all calls.
Clearly communicate company policies related to orders, shipping, and returns.
Work towards improving customer satisfaction and minimizing order cancellations.
Qualifications & Skills Required Qualifications Minimum 12th pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with calling tools or CRM systems.
Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Skills Prior experience in e Commerce or D2 C calling (order confirmation / delivery calls).
Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Comfortable working from the office at NSP and coordinating with internal teams.
Work Environment Office-based role at Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi.
