- Native fluency in Telugu (reading and writing)
- Strong command of English (to understand tasks and evaluate AI outputs)
- Proven experience or deep expertise in non-digital games and puzzles, such as:
- Ashta Chamma
- Dayakattam
- regional mancala-style games
- crosswords and logic puzzles in Telugu
