We are now recruiting for a Band 7 CAMHS LD Practitioner to join an innovative team to join a well-established NHS trust based in Ealing, Middlesex. The role is available to start as soon as possible, and the appointed candidate will need to work full-time hours per week for an initial 3-month period contract likely to be extended .
To carry out LD and a robust mental health assessment, risk assessment followed by a risk management plan on all young people and children referred to CAMHS and conducting 5 days follow-up on referrals from the crisis team. The suitable candidate must have substantive CAMHS experience to work in a busy front door service. The post holder will be a nurse with appropriate professional or regulatory body (NMC).
