Responsibilities

  • Coordinate offshore and onshore medical and safety training in line with HR instructions including liaison with service providers.
  • Oversee and ensure smooth camp check‑in and check‑out processes for all employees.
  • Liaise with the camp team to manage gate pass card enrollment during check‑in and card deletion during check‑out.
  • Manage PPE coordination in collaboration with the project team.
  • Organize and monitor food arrangements for employees working in Abu Dhabi city and residing in the camp.
  • Ensure employees adhere to company policies and standards, including monitoring for compliance with rules regarding alcohol consumption and other prohibited activities.
  • Support the HR team in preparing and verifying joining documents for new employees.
