Overview

The Camp Life Director plays a key leadership role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging camp environment for both campers and staff. This position helps oversee camp-wide programming, special events, and community initiatives that bring the HOC spirit to life.

This role requires a creative, organized, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Weekly responsibilities include supporting staff in delivering unique camp-wide programs, organizing and coordinating staff activities and events, and maintaining high morale throughout the camp community.
