:Reporting to the Department Manager, you will be part of the Camp & Travel Services Department. You will be responsible for daily camp operations in accordance with approved company policies and procedures. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Lead the day-to-day operations, led by example and build a safe, and strong employee culture.
Plan, direct, coordinate the activities of all Camp and Travel Services;
Set priorities, plan and direct activities by leveraging technologies, practices to ensure effective and efficient operations and costs;
Ensuring proper travel and accommodation policy and procedures are followed when arriving and departing the Detour Lake Mine site;
