Role Overview
The Client Servicing – Mainline professional will manage end-to-end client coordination for ATL and integrated campaigns. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, supporting pitches and presentations, and ensuring timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication
- Understand client briefs, marketing objectives, and brand guidelines
- Manage approvals, feedback loops, and timelines across campaigns
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Coordinate execution of mainline campaigns across print, outdoor, TV, radio, and integrated platforms
- Work closely with Creative, Media, and Production teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Track deliverables, schedules, and quality standards
- Ensure campaigns are executed as per approved brief and timelines
Pitching & Presentations
- Support and participate in new business pitches and client presentations
- Assist in developing pitch decks, creative presentations, and proposal documents
- Coordinate internal inputs and ensure presentation accuracy and impact
Internal & External Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams including Creative, Media, Finance, and Production
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, media partners, and other stakeholders
- Ensure clear communication and seamless handovers between teams
Budgeting & Reporting
- Assist in preparing estimates, cost sheets, and campaign budgets
- Track billing, releases, and post-campaign reports
- Ensure financial and process compliance
Skills & Competencies
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Clear understanding of mainline advertising and campaign workflows
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in mainline or integrated advertising agencies
- Exposure to ATL campaigns (Print, OOH, TV, Radio)
- Experience handling multiple clients or brands
