Role Overview

The Client Servicing – Mainline professional will manage end-to-end client coordination for ATL and integrated campaigns. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, supporting pitches and presentations, and ensuring timely and high-quality campaign delivery.


Key Responsibilities


Client Servicing & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication
  • Understand client briefs, marketing objectives, and brand guidelines
  • Manage approvals, feedback loops, and timelines across campaigns
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships


Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate execution of mainline campaigns across print, outdoor, TV, radio, and integrated platforms
  • Work closely with Creative, Media, and Production teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Track deliverables, schedules, and quality standards
  • Ensure campaigns are executed as per approved brief and timelines


Pitching & Presentations

  • Support and participate in new business pitches and client presentations
  • Assist in developing pitch decks, creative presentations, and proposal documents
  • Coordinate internal inputs and ensure presentation accuracy and impact


Internal & External Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams including Creative, Media, Finance, and Production
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, media partners, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure clear communication and seamless handovers between teams


Budgeting & Reporting

  • Assist in preparing estimates, cost sheets, and campaign budgets
  • Track billing, releases, and post-campaign reports
  • Ensure financial and process compliance


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong client communication and relationship management skills
  • Clear understanding of mainline advertising and campaign workflows
  • Good presentation and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities


Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in mainline or integrated advertising agencies
  • Exposure to ATL campaigns (Print, OOH, TV, Radio)
  • Experience handling multiple clients or brands
