ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
The Campaign Coordinator is a vital member of the Direct Marketing team, responsible for ensuring Customer Relationship Management and loyalty campaigns are delivered on time, fully prepared, and aligned with strategic objectives. Acting as the internal project manager, you will coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple workstreams—including brand, legal, content, analytics, and activation.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, a solid understanding of CRM campaign workflows, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional inputs to bring campaigns to life in platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud—without performing technical execution yourself.
Your Impact
As a Campaign Coordinator, you will:
Own the end-to-end campaign intake process and operational calendar for assigned brands or markets.
Coordinate workflows across creative, content, legal, analytics, and activation teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Track progress, manage delivery milestones, and proactively escalate potential blockers.
Ensure accurate and timely handoffs to the platform activation team.
Review and validate campaign briefs for completeness and alignment with CRM strategy and channel logic.
Adjust campaign setup or journey parameters to maintain feasibility while staying aligned with strategic goals.
Maintain clear documentation of requirements, approvals, and stakeholder feedback.
Support process improvement by documenting learnings and recommending optimizations to coordination workflows.
