Job Description

1. Key support for LazMall Campaign operations (Super Campaigns, Brand Day, Brand Spotlight, New Launches)

• Manage campaign bookings, coordinate processes, and process sales orders with commercial teams

• Track post-campaign performance and enforce penalty deductions

• Manage visual asset submission timelines and perform quality checks for graphic assets

• Build campaign pages for LazMall campaigns as required

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Key Account Managers, Designers, Marketing Solutions, Platform Traffic team, and others) to ensure smooth campaign operations

• Provide customer service support via LazMall Retail store instant messaging chats

2. Frequency (daily, weekly, ad-hoc)

Daily:

• Manage asset submissions and quality checks/feedback for social media, CRM, HP banners, LazMall, Feed

• Build campaign pages

Monthly:

• Create and maintain monthly campaign trackers and folders...
