Job Title: Campaign Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, influencer, offline, etc.)
• Develop campaign strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Coordinate with creative, content, performance, and design teams.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights and data.
• Prepare post-campaign reports and share learnings with stakeholders.
• Manage vendors, agencies, and external partners when required.
• Ensure brand consistency across all campaign touchpoints.
• Should maintain client relationships and be able to upsell and cross sell campaign ideas to existing clients, as well as acquire new clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

*3+ years of experience in campaign or marketing management.

*Experience handling multi-channel campaigns.

*Experience working in agency or fast-paced environments
