As a Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Sirion’s digital presence and demand generation engine. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, drive measurable growth, and elevate brand visibility across global markets. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure every campaign is insight-led, performance-driven, and aligned with Sirion’s growth objectives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Drive Digital Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, while staying ahead of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Lead Campaign Execution:
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, marketing databases, social media, and display advertising to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
• Build & Scale Social Presence:
Design, build, and continuously enhance Sirion’s social media presence to strengthen brand authority and audience engagement.
• Deliver High-Impact Content:
Partner with the content team to create compelling, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences, improves search rankings, and reinforces consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Measure What Matters:
Own campaign performance tracking—measuring ROI, KPIs, and conversion metrics while evaluating the end-to-end customer journey across multiple digital touchpoints.
• Optimize for Growth:
Identify trends and actionable insights to continuously optimize spend, performance, and funnel efficiency. Experiment with innovative and creative growth strategies to scale impact.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution, while effectively managing agencies and external vendor partners.
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table
• Digital Marketing Expertise:
8–10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a strong track record of executing and scaling performance-driven campaigns.
• Funnel & Conversion Optimization:
Proven experience optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and digital journeys to improve conversion rates.
• Analytics & Insights:
Strong command of website and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, or Web Trends, with the ability to turn data into decisions.
• Paid Media Proficiency:
Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• SEO & SEM Acumen:
Solid understanding of SEO and SEM strategies, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Stakeholder Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
