Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (advanced insights, pixel events, CAPI, audience structuring)
* Solid experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, GA4 integrations)
* Exposure to DSP platforms / programmatic buying
* Ability to set up, configure, execute, optimise, and scale campaigns independently
* Deep comfort with numbers, dashboards, attribution, funnels, and ROAS
* Someone who can troubleshoot campaigns—not just report them
