Responsibilities

  • Own, plan and manage LazMall platform and brand campaigns end-to-end; from inception to completion, including conducting thorough post‑campaign analysis to derive actionable insights
  • Monitor the performance of on‑going campaigns through accurate data tracking and analysis, and translate these data into meaningful insights & actionable recommendations to optimise campaign results effectively
  • Proactively recommend and implement innovative campaign mechanics and strategies to enhance performance and drive buyer engagement
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various functions in the organization to ensure seamless planning, execution and delivery of platform and brand campaigns
  • Be the go‑to expert on the system’s functional and non‑functional capabilities, including its individual modules, to drive optimal merchandising and design on campaign landing pages
