Overview

A fast-growing TikTok Shop partner is seeking a Campaign Project Director to manage client growth projects and lead end-to-end campaign execution. This role combines e-commerce strategy, creator/affiliate partnerships, and client management.

Responsibilities

  • Own client growth plans and GMV targets on TikTok Shop
  • Design and run creator/affiliate programs (partnerships, incentives, outreach)
  • Manage campaign calendars, promotions, and content execution
  • Deliver performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients
  • Mentor junior specialists and improve team efficiency

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in e-commerce operations, influencer/affiliate marketing, or account management
  • Experience managing budgets and driving measurable revenue outcomes
  • Strong Excel/Sheets and data analysis skills
  • Skilled in client communication and relationship management
